Do you need to register to attend yoga?

You do not need to register to attend yoga. However, it will be helpful if you register to be updated about any changes to the class.

What to wear?

Be sure to wear comfortable clothing that will not get in the way of stretching.

What to Bring?

  • Yoga mat (preferably two)
  • Towel
  • Exercise block (optional)
  • Water bottle

Should we practice yoga on an empty stomach?

It’s best to practice yoga on an empty stomach. Give a gap of at least three to four hours after a heavy meal. A light snack 30 minutes before the practice if ok.
